How quickly are orders processed?
Depending on several factors like destination and the size and quantity of your item(s), production turnaround varies between tees and mugs. Orders typically take between 7-14 business days from the order submission date. Please note, our mugs are manufactured in the USA and may take up to an additional 7-14 business days to arrive due to COVID-19 supply chain disruptions.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped. This tracking number may take 3 - 4 days to update.
I only received half my order. What should I do?
Tees and mugs are shipped separately as they come from different suppliers. That means they will also arrive separately, but what's better than being delighted by one package? Being delighted by several!
It's been longer than 14 business days and I still have yet to receive my mug. What should I do?
Though our mugs are designed in Canada, they are manufactured in the USA. Due to COVID-19 supply chain disruptions, delays of up to an additional 2-4 weeks are sometimes experienced at this time.
I ordered multiple mugs, but only received part of my order. Where are the rest?
Not every mug design comes from the same supplier. As a result, customers can expect to receive multiple packages depending on your order.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
You should receive an order confirmation email after you place an order. If you didn't receive one, please:
- Check your spam folder
- Verify that the email address you provided with your order is correct
- If the email you provided was incorrect, please send an email to email@example.com with the correct address, and we’ll have the confirmation resent accordingly
If the email address you provided was correct, but you didn't find the order confirmation in your spam folder, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll have it resent to you
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed orders cannot be changed due to the fact each item is printed specifically for you.
What payments can I use to make a purchase?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind after I’ve made a purchase?
All products are unique and made to order. As such, we regrettably cannot accept returns once an order has been processed. However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge if there are any issues with the order, like a manufacturing error or misprint.
My purchase arrived damaged/defective. What do I do?
Accidents sometimes happen. If you would like to replace your order for the same item or receive a refund, send a photo and brief description of the error via email@example.com within 14 days of the delivery. Please note that removing the tags and/or washing the item will void the return policy.
Refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. It may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
I sent my item back to you without first requesting a return. Will you still accept it?
Unfortunately, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor returned to the sender.
